Main Responsibilities

* Meet & Greet Customers & Visitors and provide suitable refreshments
* Answer and manage the telephone system
* Accurately record calls & visits and relay messages in a timely manner
* Invoicing & filing

* Manage follow up system

* Aftersales Correspondence/Administration

* Manage customer waiting area and showroom

* Provide administrative support to General Manager


The Ideal Candidate

* Must be smartly dressed

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Must be IT literate

* Excellent customer service skills
* The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* A friendly and approachable manner

* Have a flexible attitude
