Finished in Storm black metallic with the interior trimmed in obsidian black leather, seat outer seat facings and obsidian alcantara centre seat inserts.

Based on the DB9 platform, the DBS extended the existing performance by reducing the weight of the car and upgrading the power of the V12 engine.

Much of the weight loss was down to the use of carbon fibre body components, to include the wings, door frames, bonnet and bootlid along with replacing the brakes with carbon ceramic discs, making a total weight saving of some 65kg over the standard DB9 Coupe.

Improvements were also made to the aerodynamic capability of the car with the use of wider arches, front splitter and rear lower diffuser.

Under the bonnet further improvements were made to the 6.0 litre V12 with the use of larger inlet ports and other modifications increasing the power output from the standard 450bhp to an incredible 510bhp.

The increased power is fed through a manual 6 speed Graziano gearbox to a lower ration limited slip differential adding to the improved acceleration of 0-60mph in just 4.3 seconds.

Equipment includes Satellite Navigation, Cruise Control, Sports leather and Alcantara seats, which are heated and electrically adjustable with silver stitching, polished alloy interior enhancements, carbon fibre door inserts, radio with multi play CD, Bluetooth connectibility, auto dimming rear view mirror, adjustable suspension damper settings.

This car has also been modified and now runs the ‘Apple CarPlay’ media system linkable to Apple iPhone and Android phones with connectivity to many Apps including Google Maps, Spotify, Waze maps and many more, all displayed on the latest HD screen.

This car has covered only 38000 miles from new with an Aston Martin service history, most of its later life here with ourselves at Stratton Motor Company Ltd.
