Vehicle Description

Where do we start with this individual version of the much sought after Lotus Elise 250 Cup, the fastest Elise produced by Lotus thus far.
Already a very capable and serious car, the previous owner has gone a few steps further to make this what surely has to be one of the best road going Elise’s in the UK with so much attention to detail it is breathtaking. With total invoices amounting to over £25000,00 and a £14000,00 Invoice for Carbon alone it really is very special.
In celebration of Lotus achievement with Formula One success in 1978, and a recognition of the complete insight of the developer of the Lotus DNA, Colin Chapman this car is an appreciation of both.
As far as the mechanicals go this car has had the Komo-Tech Elise S3 265 upgrade kit fitted developing the max bhp to 265 along with Nitron NTR race dampers all round.
This is a seriously fast car with uprated suspension and J Hook brakes to promote complete control with creative driving.
As much, if not more attention has then been paid to the interior with literally thousands of pounds having been spent on further enhancements, from detailed John Player Lotus gold embroidery to the seats and door panels, gold detailing to interior fixings, carbon fibre ‘Colin Chapman’ kick boards, carbon fibre dashboard enhancements and a stunning Alitech Precision gear shifter and handbrake mechanism that is a genuine piece of engineering art.
The interior is simply stunning.
The exterior is a similar achievement in detail and a convincing reproduction of the infamous JPS Formula One car, gold over black, celebrating the 250 Cup and the team success.
The theme with the carbon fibre continues with the front splitter, the running boards, the roof and the Lotus EXige 380 style rear wing. The mesh grilles front and back have also been finished in gold colour to continue the theme.
A fantastic car and with a full Lotus history and just 3552 miles since new this is an individual car and a complete investment in a celebration of British motoring success.
