The car is a 1983 Aston Martin V8 Volante, a true British classic, which has already undergone an extensive ‘body-off’ restoration. The chassis has been shot blasted and the car repainted to a very high standard, accompanied by a complete suspension overhaul and reassembly. This presents an exceptional opportunity to own one of the finest examples of this iconic model, with the reassurance that the work completed to date has been carried out to an extremely high standard.

The 5.3-litre V8 engine supplied with the car has covered just 39,000 miles and also presents the opportunity for a full rebuild to the new owner’s preferred specification.

The car will be supplied with its original three-speed automatic gearbox; however, a new five-speed manual gearbox, complete with bellhousing and prop shaft, can be supplied at additional cost.

The remainder of the vehicle can be supplied with all the parts required to complete the project, free of VAT.

Alternatively, Stratton Motor Company can complete the project using our own in-house experts and craftsmen, finishing the car to your individual specification. As part of this process, we would completely rebuild the engine to 6.0-litre specification, with the option of installing a new five-speed manual gearbox and fitting a brand-new hood.
